Japan dodges Bluefin Tuna bullet in Qatar

International delegates at the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) meeting in Qatar seem to have handed a victory to commerce over conservation as they rejected a proposal for trade restrictions of bluefin tuna.
